This one is correct. In fact, English can also do it with a suffix
in this case: nolrai - noblest.

The lujvo comes from {traji le ka nobli}. {traji nobli} is also
possible, but more difficult to clarify.

Lujvo with {zmadu} also work this way: {nolmau}, rather
than {zmanobli}. Lujvo with {mutce} should also work this
way, but since English doesn't help in this case, people
tend to do {tcenobli} instead of the better {noltce}.
