The default for the x2 of 'cabna' is now, so 'le cabna' works fine. I also use
'ti' for here/now when necessary.
Note, you can't fill in the second place when the default value applies. {le cabna} is "the thing I have in mind that is simultaneous with now" or rather "with the set axis."
