[lojban] New version of valfendi

valfendi 0.1.1 does cmavo and cmene validation; I haven't started on brivla 
validation, which is a lot more complicated. I also fixed a bug in handling 
{ybu}; it is now lexed as {y bu}. (Formerly it was lexed as a single cmavo.)
