FAhAs generally indicate the location of the whole event, so if 
you have an event of {x1 sepli x2 x3}, adding ne'i indicates that
this event is inside of something. {ne'i} does not indicate the
location of just x1. At least that is the theory, in practice
there is a lot of variation in the use of FAhAs.

It's a tanru, so the relationship is not explicit. It's a ricfoi 
characterized by biclau, not necessarily a biclau je ricfoi.
I was trying to keep the number of syllables to match the original's 
rhythm as much as possible.
