A translation of "Asperger's Syndrome" into Sino-Korean(Korean word
composed of Ideographs) is "japyejeung". Unicode is

ja(U+81EA) pye(U+9589) jeung(U+75C7)

and it literally means "self-closedness-disease". So I suggest
"sevzi ganlo", or "sezga'o" for "x1 is self-closed", i.e. "x1 is
autistic".
