If you say so. I don't see {le'e} being used at all.

I'm not sure why you say that. For a given da poi se gerku, there will
be only one lo'e gerku be da, but for de poi na du da, there will be
another lo'e gerku be de. The difference between {lo'e} and {le'e}
is that with {le'e} I'm talking of certain three kinds of dogs that I
have in mind.
