Time Sensitive, Please Read: LogFest on Friday?

Traditionally, people have started showing up for LogFest on Friday
some time.  But then, traditionally we haven't paid for room space.
8)

I'm now holding the hotel contract, and the conference room costs
$184.31.  That includes soda and water for 15 people.

There is no discount for doing just the evening on Friday.

Does anyone think that it is worth paying $180 for having the
conference room Friday evening from 18:00 to 22:00?

If you're not *firmly* planning to come to LogFest, please don't
share on this one.  Sorry.

BTW, the other two days our booking of the conference room runs from
10:00 to 22:00.  Is that going to be a severe problem?  I figure
anything that runs past (Lojbanic RPGing, anyone?) can break to
someone's room.
