More Tiki problems

Tiki dies on page names containing apostrophes (how immensely stupid).

  Warning: mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the
  manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right
  syntax to use near 'ivla'' at line 1 in query:
  select `cache`,cache_timestamp from `tiki_pages` where
  `pageName`='cultural fu'ivla'
  in /home/www/lojban/tiki-cvs/lib/tikilib.php on line 162

Oh, and it's slow as ass, too. I'm beginning to yearn for PHPWiki, at
least for the normal Wiki stuff. Perhaps the BPFK could use Tiki to replace
PHPBB and TWiki.
