invariably language tutorials have a section on pronunciation. Online versions of such almost always have a recording for the pronunciation.

 

Lojban should also employ that.

 

I'm of course susceptable to contribution too and am already with my word list (http://xahlee.org/lojban/lojban.html), but it takes time. I have a few project in mind, and one of them is a pronunciation guide without the linguistic verbiage & pedantry or committee bouting tardiness as existing lojban tutorials, but which will at all be a reality we'll have to wait and see, for i'm also learning and time is limited.

Llu'is, i recently had some problems receiving emails (changing computers etc). I haven't received your mail about lojban recording other than this one.

I sent a mail to xah (it should have gone to the list, but I missed when
replying to a list message) explaining that I offer myself to do some
recordings.

And... I have a flatmate which is also learning lojban. We can try a
conversation... but we're still beginners. I can easily read text anyway (at
least I think so... hehehe). And if the intended audience are beginners, the
conversation may not be that complicated. Robin's "lojban for beginners" are
easy in first lessons.

That's a way we could get a 'speaking check' from more advanced "jbopre". :)

But I'll be able to do that next week. And I haven't questioned my flatmate
about that... ;)

Next week I'll try to have some text (like tikitiki) in MP3 in our server. I'll
let you know.
