How fascist of you. The free spread of information should not be
subject to the wishes of any individual or corporation.
Furthermore, copyright is not a criminal issue. So nothing's wrong
until someone gets sued. When it comes to lojban (i.e., translating
things to a language which no substantial number of potential
consumers speak), it is not in the financial interest of the copyright
holder to sue (that is, assuming people don't provide the english
as well).
You're worrying about a nonimportant issue.
