I wouldn't change the multi-letter rule, but I would change the
mixed-letter/number rule. The more difficult boi's to remember
are when quantifying a lerfu pronoun: {reboi cy}, not {re cy},
and when a lerfu pronoun is followed by a quantified sumti or
a number tense: {abuboi za'ure'u cusku}, not {abu za'ure'u cusku}.

I don't see numbers containing letters or lerfu strings with 
numbers used much or at all. It would be better to have to add 
glue for those rather than forcing boi in the above situations.
