The prosody I used for Biblical poetry is trochaic, dactylic, or amphibrachic 
meter, with all stressed syllables of brivla falling on stresses, and other 
stresses usually falling on a cmavo (but sometimes on a brivla, as DESyVI'u 
below). A break in the line is made by putting a silence where a stressed 
syllable should be. An example from Job:

38:2. ma mipri le se stidi ku sepi'o lo tolprije selsku?
38:3. .i ko tratygau le befsri tai lo'e vlinau .i mi terpreti fo do .ije
ko jungau mi
38:4. ni'o do zvati ma ca le nu mi terdi krazba? .i ko cusku le se jimpe
38:5. .i ma cimde platu ty to xu do djuno toi .i ma ty skori merli?
38:6. .i le ty zbepi ma cu vreta? .i ma punji le ty manri rokci?
