Software request: mekso -> LaTeX

I would very much like to have something that converted mekso
expressions into equivalent LaTeX (or, for that matter, *any* plain
text representation of symbolic mathematics).  I want to put mekso
through their paces, which IMO has yet to be done in the history of
Lojban, but I don't really have the time to write the code.

In return, I promise at least one substantial[1] piece of writing
with lots of mekso.  I make no guarantees as to whether said writing
will be original or translated.
