Since the redbook indicates that all CVVVs are experimental, they are all 
inherently nonstandard.  I don't know what any of them mean and 
until/unless I am actively using the language with someone else who wants 
to use them, I probably won't.

When they are standard, then they will be in the cmavo list as well.  Thus 
something is obviously not standard when it isn't in the cmavo list.
