In English it's called a "dreamcatcher".  It's a net-like object, with
some decorative value.  It is traditionally hung near a bed and is alleged

Regrettably, Google searches show mostly pages about the film and book
named "Dreamcatcher".  Wikipedia also lacks a proper entry, which I
