[lojban] 23 hours until the 2004 AGM: show up or send proxies!

I don't have many commitments or notification of proxies.  If we don't get
at least 20 votes showing up (in person or by proxy), the meeting can't be
held.  If you've been holding back because you might show up or not,
please send the proxy anyway -- if you show up, the proxy is void.
