directed specifically at x3.

It's not a bad choice for "pacifist".  Not a good one either, though,
IMO.

Actually, I was more thinking about buiding a word for "culture of peace", like in http://www3.unesco.org/iycp/ . So close to your definition I think, and indeed not really a translation of "pacifist".
