New valfendi version

Version 0.2.0pre3 is now available at 
http://phma.hn.org/Language/valfendi.html . This fixes the following bugs:
* {pru,a} is now treated the same as {prua}; both are invalid.
* Adjacent letter table entry "pk" is fixed.
* y-hyphen checking is not messed up by commas in the output.
I have a regression test system, but I have to check 48 files before I release 
it.
