[cowan@ccil.org: Re: [llg-board] MOTION: shut down lojban mailing list on Y!G in favor of lojban.org version]
This has been done; this list has now been moved to the lojban.org
mailing list system. I will be unsubscribing you all from the
YahooGroups! list shortly.
Please send me an e-mail if you have any problems with the new list.
The address to send mail to this list is lojban-list@lojban.org
The new list is spam and virus filtered.

Two affirmative votes and one abstention were received; therefore, the
motion is carried by a majority of the votes cast. The Webmaster is
directed to merge the two lists into a single list hosted at lojban.org
at his earliest convenience.
Go ahead and move the llg-members and llg-board lists while you're at it.

Micropayment advocates mistakenly believe that efficient allocation of
resources is the purpose of markets. Efficiency is a byproduct of market
systems, not their goal. The reasons markets work are not because users
have embraced efficiency but because markets are the best place to allow
users to maximize their preferences, and very often their preferences are
not for conservation of cheap resources. --Clay Shirkey
