I'd say {loi fagri}. I take {lo'i} to be for mathematical sets,
so I don't really ever use it.

I don't use {ka} without an explicit or implicit {ce'u}, so
I'd say {lo du'u xu kau lo fange xabju cu snura}. The
English might be closer to {lo ka xu kau ce'u snura kei
pe lo fange xabju}, but in Lojban that's more complicated
and less precise. Some people use {jei} for {du'u xu kau},
so that would give {lo jei lo fange xabju cu snura}.
