List(s) archive update

Just to continue on the weekend theme "update Lojban
on the web" I announce major update on my mailing list
archive.

This one took whole weekend of hard work, but I'm
quite happy now. So be sure to check:

Some highlights:
- Old archives incorporated (89-97)
- about 36 MB text in 49 MB HTML form, 11 000 messages
- lojbanization leveller
- better first level page, little better indexes
- thread traversing links

To introduce used link structure, I want to thank all

).

One note, it seems like topcities site doesn't like to
keep my whole index for old archives. Partial indexes
seems to work. Well one can questionate usability of
index sized >3 MB anyway :).
