How would you translate into Spanish "even including Jorge",
"including even Jorge"?

"Incluso incluyendo a Jorge" and "incluyendo incluso a Jorge".

"Incluso" can also be replaced by "aun" or by "hasta",
maybe with subtle nuances, but they all essentially
mean "even" in that context. "Incluso" is a frozen form,
it is not a regular formation from the verb "incluir".
