1) Brochure: significant rejigging thanks to the new co-editor...

2) Lessons: My own revisions now go up to lesson 12. Which rather
prominently features "minxen"... Btw, IPA checks welcome. Although the
HTML IPA isn't in an approved ASCII convention yet.
