Dangit. Taking it slowly, and I still missed bits. If I can get some
clarifications in under the bell (it's short, I promise):
I state that there is a community of one or more Lojbanists that is
interested in culture-neutral orthography, *and* believes it is an issue
related to Lojban
(Lojban, of necessity, having *an* orthography, and by design, values
culture-neutrality)
, *and* would eagerly appreciate a well-considered
recommendation from the LLG as to which orthography is best.

I propose that the LLG give that community
, being a community of Lojbanists,
an official recommendation.
