Correction to paragraph just before chart:
"The otherwise unmarked back consonant, X, does not cluster initially but otherwise clusters with
any legal (under the three rules -- in this case, voiceless) nonback consonant." 
should read
"The otherwise unmarked back consonant, X, leads R and L initially but does not take second
place;medially it clusters with any consonant neither voiced nor back."
