two more CLL errors

At the following site I couldn't figure out how to enter the following two typos on my own, so I'm hoping someone else with verify and add them, or point out where they're already mentioned.

1)  There is no page 1.  Page ix is followed by two unnumbered pages, then the numbering begins on page 4.  The two unnumbered pages must be pages 2 and 3.

2)  On page 47 there should be a closing double quote after áre [acute accent on 'a'] in "áre/"esse".
