That's two separate terms, tags can't be used to attach a sumti
to another sumti directly. To use {ki'i} as a connective you'd have
to do something like: {la lojban jo'u ki'i bo lo ninmu}.

 

That's not supposed to be a connective. It's

{la lojban co'e ki'i loi ninmu}.

The {co'e} is what the article would be about.

 

As for Your version, ie simlu loka prane kei mi.
