I have finished writing the version of saxaras dictionary for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, blessed it be. The executable file has the size of 21 kB, it fully supports Unicode and uses Internet Explorer engine to render HTML. As you understand, this version of saxaras can be used as a (very handy and quick) offline Lojban dictionary for any language.
