Relaying a request from Rick Harrison

Rick Harrison posted this on Usenet alt.languages.artificial
Where is a good place (is there a good place) to post questions about
"how do you say ___ in Lojban" and "how do you say ___ in Volapük"?
I am resuming work on a multilingual dictionary project, so this won't
be just one or two questions per lifetime... it will be a steady
trickle of questions.

At the moment I'm looking for the names of two moon phases, called

"full moon" and "new moon" in English...
"luna yen" and "luna nobo" in Papiamentu...

"mwezi mpevu" and "mwezi mchanga" in Swahili.

I suggested that he post to Lojban list or visit the IRC channel, but if someone else wants to monitor that Usenet newsgroup who likes to answer such questions, I encourage you to let him know that you are doing so.

I could coin a bunch of possible tanru or lujvo for these two concepts, but I cannot claim that any of them are better/more correct than others. Maybe someone else has stronger feelings.
