How would you name these denominations?
Seventh-day Adventist: {xrukripre} is reasonable for "Adventist", but when we
name the days with numbers, Saturday is {xavdei}.
Episcopalian: Bishops are somehow important to this denomination.
Presbyterian: Elders ditto.
Methodist: This refers to methodicalness of early Methodists; now, it's just a
name.
