So an appropriate term for rounding would be {fi'urka'a} or {fi'urstika} or 
something like that. I can't seem to get the right place structure though. I 
think it should be "x1 is x2 rounded by method x3" or "x1 rounds x2 to x3 by 
method x4". Any suggestions on a word?

The same character appears to be pronounced both "sute" and "sha". Is that 
right?
