No. Consider "mi nupra le nu mi broda". {lo se nupra} is {le nu mi
broda}, but the network of oblicgations is {mi bilga le nu mi broda}.
There are different entities.
How is {mi bilga le nu mi broda} a network of obligations?
The lojban is a bridi and the English is a noun phrase, so they
serve different functions.
A network of obligations might be {lo gunma be lo se bilga}.
(I'd use {ciste} for "network" but its place structure gives me
the creeps.)
