Re: [lojban] mi xruti .i do caza pilno ma lonu jimpe la lojban

Ideally someone will create a Firefox extension for a right-click menu
item on highlighted Lojban text to get word lookup, or even jbofi'e.
Even better would be right-click menu item on highlighted English text
to see a set of suggestions of Lojban words that might-- just might--
apply or contribute to translating English words, with the user urged
to use his or her judgement.

My super-convenient tool of choice, although not as shiny as what you
described, is a drop-down menu of bookmarks in Firefox. Your mileage
may vary. Apologies to those who have seen me post this here before.

Go to the Bookmarks menu and select "Manage Bookmarks". Create a
folder called Lojban and drag it into the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder.
Bookmark the following sites in that folder:

After a long absence from the Lojban community (I blame the stress of

I've gotten rustier with my Lojban since I last actively used it, of
course. Also, I used to check my Lojban and look up words I didn't
know with a bunch of Perl, Python, and shell scripts built around
jbofihe and the wordlists; I've changed my computer environment enough
since then that conglomeration of hacks doesn't work anymore. So now I
feel like I'm flying blind when I try to write in Lojban.

So my question to the community is: how do you check your Lojban and
look up words now? Is jbofihe still the command line tool of choice?
Is there a shiny Web interface to all of this?
