Yes, but in Russian grammar teaching tradition it is still called "conjugation"
("спряжение"). At least it is called so in high school, I have never took any
university-level grammar course. My degree is in computer science, not in
linguistic. ;-) But if someone is interested, I can ask a trained linguist today
at evening.
