think of the word for it?
The other Germanic languages call it the 'bent/twisted gut' (G. Krummdarm, Du. kronkeldarm, &c.). Polish seems to as well. I don't know why this is, but it would make a good lujvo {krocanti}. One would have to take care to distinguish it from the sigmoid colon.
ta'o pe'i ga'i nai ru'e "stomach" could use a lujvo rather than your proposed fu'ivla {stomaxo}. It's such a common, non-technical word, and the Greek word is limited to Romance, English, and, er, Greek. The old lujvo was {djaruntyrango}. Otherwise maybe something like {(kam)slamycanti}.
