[lojban] LojGloss with parsing

I've released a version of LojGloss with very basic parsing support.
It *should* work on Linux with Mono. (I.e., it probably will with a
few tweaks maybe.)

I tried to add support for figuring out sumti places, but it's
probably broken in various ways. Also, since I don't have a database
of glosses for sumti places, it doesn't gloss them. I can look into
pulling the database out of jbofi'e (jboski) and including that. Also,
cmavo clusters and lujvo are still broken up using some basic
algorithms copied from jbofi'e, and are broken. I'm going to look into
getting the parser to handle those cases. Also, the parser is still
quite slow, so perhaps not yet suitable for deployment to a server
with more than a few users. This means you have to download it to use
it, and on a slow machine, it could take a second or two for every
three words or so.

Feel free to give any feature suggestions you like.
