Right, that's because of the final "ts". The current version is not very
happy with final consonant clusters. This is one of the points that are not
at all settled, and probably the official version will end up being
more lenient.
You might be surprized at some of the vowel clusters that get rejected too.

I tried to make the rule names in the morphology as self-descriptive
as I could, but I'm sure there's room for improvement.
