Monday is always the first day, Tuesday the second, etc. It is optional whether Sunday is day 7 or day 0.
As Jorge was saying, the actual words for the weekdays are not thoroughly entrenched. There exists parallel systems of cmevla (padjed, redjed) and lujvo (pavdei, reldei). I wasn't aware of the system that Jorge mentioned, and would probably not understand any of the words except soldei and lurdei out of context.
