{lo te cacra} is the definition of "hour" that the speaker is using. See
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hour> for the various ways that it has been
defined throughout history. Theoretically, {lo te cacra} could possibly also
include information related to relativity & time dilation, but that would
probably be better expressed with "{ma'i}."
