That brings up a web page, and I don't see where to download the file. I think
it is acceptable to do this:
1. say [e]
2. make a dental stop
3. open the back of the nose, keeping the teeth stopped
4. open the tongue at the teeth
5. say [u].
If you release the [t] before starting the [n], that's okay too, but if you
release the [b] before starting the [m], you may be misheard as "jubyme".

"ta" has been replaced by "lo zarci". The two sentences together are
equivalent to "mi klama ta .i mi klama lo zarci". ("fe" in the second
sentence has no effect.)
