It's a rafsi ending with "r" combined with a foreign part that begins with 
"dj", "tc", "dz", or "ts". The example is "lerldjamo", and the fu'ivla 
algorithm stood for years before anyone came up with such a word. I suggest 
transliterating the Korean if you don't have the font.

U+2135 is the aleph symbol (not the letter aleph, which is U+5d0). I guess 
it's presented as an example of specifying a lerfu by its Unicode number.
