You'll need an IRC client for your particular operating system. For Unix,
I'd suggest ircII-Epic, it's nice. for MacOS and WinDOS, try
shareware.com -- you can find numerous IRC clients there. From there, you
need to connect to a server that is on the same network as everyone else
is connected to (lojbab didn't say which one!) -- your client will have
online help. Then join the lojban channel (again, check your client's
online help).
So, which network *are* we going to be on?
