Lojban dictionnary program ?

I am looking for a program which would contain the cmavo and gismu list, an=
d=20
would tell, for any lojban word, if it is a cmavo (giving the corresponding=
 line=20
in the cmavo list), or a gismu (idem), or a lujvo, in which case it would g=
ive=20
the definition(s) of its rafsi from the gismu list.

(Wow. That's a sentence that the NSA computers won't understand.)

The program would be written in C and use plain text I/O, so as to be compi=
lable=20
on any machine, (palmtops for instance -- the word lists are quite small). =
Or=20
maybe in Java.=20

And it would, for example, help me read all these turkish proverbs as they =
come=20
up. Especially when there's rafsi involved.

Now I ask because I started such a program two years ago. I had quite a fla=
ky=20
notions of lujvo construction by the time, and it didn't go very far. Now I=
 have=20
time to get back to Lojban, and I have the Lojban Book. If it doesn't exist=
 I'll=20
be surprised but I'll write it (it should only be a matter of a few hours).

Any giver or taker?
