Shouldn't it be:
le ciblu cu jisygau fi no le ciblu

Is it the blood that's to be cleaned, or something else
that has blood on it? Also you could use {lumci}:

na lumci fi lo ciblu lo ciblu

>The dog who barks doesn't bite
>(i.e. someone who blusters a lot won't carry out their threats)

You need {cu} in front of {na'e}, otherwise {cmoni na'e batci} is
a single selbri. Or you could just use {na}.

>He who speaks truly is thrown out of nine villages
>(i.e. telling the truth will make you unpopular)

You need {cu} and, I suppose, {fi}.
{livbai} must mean "x1 expels x2 from x3 via x4", so
probably the villages should go in the x3, unless you're
seeing the villages themselves as doing the expelling.
