No, ice cream is ice cream on both sides of the Pond.  A snow cone
consists of shaved ice chips infused with fruit-flavored sweet syrup,
held in a cone-shaped paper cup.  Good on hot days, provided you can
take the intense sweetness.  Kids like 'em.
