One sees that LE'I POI BRODA KU'O BRODE asserts that it is the
set which is BRODA; & in LEI POI BRODA KU'O BRODE it is each
member of the mass. In English nowadays it is customary to
refer to "the --- community" when a set or a mass is intended,
& in fact certain forms of disinformation result from not
having this distinction immediately available. (But LEI/LE'I is
not the only way to do it in Lojban.) Using DJACU seems to me
a most obscure example--won't be really be using DJACU modifying something 
else, a quantity gismu say, most of the time?
