[lojban] {Announce} Mail Upgrade on lojban.org

The machine that runs lojban.org (and lojban.com and a bunch of
other things) has just had its MTA, exim, upgraded to a fairly
recent stable version.  There were some hiccups, but everything
seems fine now.  Please let me know if you notice any problems.
