[lojban] Lojban Kids Show - city design - please help!

I've drawn a map (http://phma.optus.nu/Language/LojbanKidsShow/oneill.dxf) of 
one strip of the tube where Beta lives. I need help filling it in.

The strip is divided into 512 zones of approximately equal size; the ones 
ending in 0, 3, 4, and 7 are 500 m × 500 m; the rest are 500 m × 548 m. (They 
should be all 500×524 but I've already drawn two subdivisions based on the 
mistake. The exact number which is approximately 524/500 is exactly π/3.) For

For the residential areas, please list what kinds of subdivisions should be in 
there. Each subdivision is one zone and is served by a main road or two and a 
canal or two, depending on the last digit in octal, and contains a place to 
keep boats and a place for barges to dock. I would like the subdivisions to 
represent housing patterns of a variety of cultures.

Please list all kinds of buildings that will be needed, and the land 
dimensions, in the shop/library/etc. zones and in the industrial zones. All 
of them must be less than 500 m wide except in the middle four rows (zones 
360-417), where eight zones may be combined for over 2 km² of factory space, 
even after subtracting the canals and roads.

Here's an example:
Spiderbot repair and mirror control facility. 40 m × 40 m. Should be next to a 
canal at the northern end of the industrial zone.
