I'm interested in Lojban, but cannot ftp outside Europe.

May you please indicate where to find an European Lojban ftp site
(name and directory, please, since I use a ftpmail server !) or
mail me some uuencoded/gziped material ?

I am an ABSOLUTE beginner willing to explore the magic thing and
need those files :
