[lojban] Seeking shell account for backups.

I'd like to do remote backups of various and sundry of my data. This
includes lojban.org, although that is far from all of it.  I'd
rather not pay for the privledge.  The amount of data should be on
the order of tens of mebibytes per evening.  The initial transfer
will be about 9GiB.  I'll need a shell account or something like it,
as I'll be using rsync (otherwise the nightly transfer would be
untenable).

The bulk of the data will be encrypted, but I'd like to also
eventually be transferring unencrypted copies of the actual
lojban.org data, to minimize the amount of work required to get the
lojban site back up if my house catches on fire or something.
